Laura Ellen Bacon: Into the Weave

The occasion for producing this book is to mark a decade of my work so far and the event of the exhibition, ‘into the weave’ at Derby Museum ands Art Gallery and the corresponding landscape study, ‘Woven space’, (a temporary installation) at Chatsworth at the kind invitation of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire and the Chatsworth House Trust.
With an intro from Mary Butcher, also a maker and the president of the Basket makers’ Association and an essay by David White, a photographer and freelance writer from Derbyshire.
