Barbara Hepworth: Work from 1958 – 1973

The New Art Centre is delighted to bring you a presentation of sculpture by Barbara Hepworth. It is the first time this particular collection of sculpture by Barbara Hepworth have been exhibited together. The group features exceptional examples of Hepworth's polished bronzes, along with an example of a rare work in silver. These metallic casts epitomise the invigorating richness of her work from the late 1960s and the highly reflective surfaces are akin to some of Hepworth's contemporary marble and slate carvings.
