Toby Ziegler will talk about his current exhibition at the New Art Centre. The event will be a unique opportunity to hear the artist's perspective about his practice and the themes surrounding his work. The audience will have the opportunity to explore the exhibition before listening to the talk.

A one day seminar for students to find out more about careers in art, craft and design from professionals in the sector. The day will introduce the importance of making and how creativity is applied in a variety of roles within art, craft and design. Guest speakers will present their roles and student delegates will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain practical advice from professionals, supporting their own studies and future careers.
ARTiculation Support Session at the New Art Centre

FREE support session developing critical thinking, visual analysis, and public speaking skills
ARTiculation Support Sessions are designed to provide students wishing to take part in ARTiculation with the opportunity to ask questions and talk about their selected artwork, artefact or architecture. During this two-hour session, students will:
Meet with an ARTiculation Alumni and get the chance to hear about their experience
Learn how to conquer nerves, physically prepare, and successfully deliver a presentation to large audiences
Practice at being an ARTiculation Adjudicator
Introduce and talk about their selected artwork, artefact or architecture
ARTiculation supports the national Arts Award initiative for both Silver and Gold (gaining up to 16 UCAS points), the EPQ, the Duke of Edinburgh Award, and UCAS personal statements.
